Are you an organised, friendly, and professional individual who loves interacting with people? We are looking for a motivated Receptionist to be the face of our company and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Handle office correspondence and deliveries

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus

  • Positive attitude and a team player
